Decroix Vêtements — Return & Exchange Policy

At Decroix Vêtements, we take pride in the quality of our collections. Should you wish to return or exchange your item(s), you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Items with visible signs of wear, damage, or missing tags cannot be accepted.

How to return your item:

1. Request your return via email at info@decroix.nl.
   Please make sure to mention your order number so we can verify your purchase.

2. Download and print the return form, available at the bottom of this page.

3. Fill in the required details.

4. Include the completed return form with your package and send it to our return address below.

Please note:

• We currently do not provide return labels. Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.

• Retain your shipping receipt, including track & trace information, until your return has been processed.

Processing your return:

• Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved and your refund has been initiated.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Important notes:

• During holidays or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Decroix Vêtements is not responsible for returns that have not arrived at our warehouse.
